I have a new Dell computer and received it in March of
this year. Outlook express was already loaded. I have two
separate e-mail accounts (two separate passwords)
however, e-mail is coming in under one account. I can not
switch identities and when I log out, I can not sign into
the other account. I have to restart the computer but
then all e-mail is in one account. I have gone to your
web site and downloaded the newer version but still
having this problem. I do have an Ethernet Broadband
Router...does this have anything to do with the problem.

Also, it is not a good idea to post your email addy here, as their are BOTs
that scan these forums for valid addresses and then adds them to their SPAM
lists. Always munge your address, i.e.

Create new Identities and see if the problem disappears.
If yes, then import the mail from the old Identities.
