I am running Windows XP/SP3, Internet Explorer 7.0, with Outlook Express 7.0.
When I open Outlook Express, I initially get a partial window with the
Inbox/Outbox/etc.. Then the screen goes completely blank for ten or fifteen
seconds, with only the title bar on the top showing Outlook Express Inbox.
Eventually it fully opens and runs properly, but it takes a long time. Since
Outlook Express seems to be a part of the download with Internet Explorer and
not separately listed in the Add/Remove Programs, how do I reinstall Outlook
Express? Or, is there another way to repair the program?
