Outlook or Outlook Express? Your subject is confusing.
If you have a prior version of Outlook from Office installed and are trying
to install the full trial including Outlook, you need to remove the prior
version of Outlook first.
Searching the news group would have revealed dozens if not hundreds of the
same information.
