outlook express

Hi,
For the past few days I have started seeing this weird problem where
when I try to send
and email, a gui interface pops up asking me to install Windows XP. I
have tried reinstalling IE7
which I thought included outlook express but the problem remains. I
can still send emails but I have
to cancel out of the install XP process. Has anyone ever seen this
problem?

IE7 does include OE however it sounds to me like you have a virus especially
if it is preventing you using OE properly. Do you have AV software?
