Outlook Express

I have outlook express on a desktop and laptop. The express on the desktop
everytime I close out and restart it won't connect and the server is changed
to 127.0.0. It does not do this on the laptop. I have tried to correct thru
control panel and resetting network connections but it doesnt change. Any
suggestions? Thanks

This is usually caused by scanning e-mail, or an anti-spam program.

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs and causes a multitude of problems such as
time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A/V program will
