outlook express

Just downloaded Windows XP and I can't open Outlook
express..it gives me some message about MSOE.dll file not
able to initialize..or some nonsense. Do I uninstall
program and try installing again? May not be installed
correctly it says. Help...!

Download Outlook Express then reinstall it, that should
fix your .dll problem.

Firstly you haven't "downloaded" Windows XP, you have INSTALLED it.
