I would like to get back to my old faithful Outlook Express; I am temporarily
using Web Mail. It must be simple but I also want to move my Address Book.
The Windows Mail says it has been forwarded. It has not. . .Do I start as a
"new customer?"

You can't have OE and Vista.

Hi new here so apologies if this is posted in the wrong area, my mum has OE
and all of a sudden if she clicks on a link it does not work, it does work if
you copy and paste the link into the address bar, but as she has had a brian
tumour she keeps forgetting this Hope someone can help!

Thanks in advance!

you have to EXPORT/IMPORT address book/contacts between windows versions.
use CSV format for best results. be sure and check off all the boxes in the selection window.

If you really mean Outlook Express, yes, you are posting in the wrong area.
This forum is mainly in support of Vista's Windows Mail.
