could someone tell me how i put my wifes e-m address in outlook express so
she can send out e-ms herself

Tools | Accounts | Add and add her account.

When Sending new Mail OE will choose whichever account is set as Default.
When replying OE will choose the account that downloaded the message. In
either case clicking in the From field will allow you to change it.

That depends upon how your ISP handles multiple email addresses. Start by
creating a new MSOE Identity for your wife.

If all email goes to a single mailbox (email address is an alias) you will
need to create rules in each Identity to download only email to the email
address of the Identity. I haven't played with aliases, so I don't know the
best approach.

If each email address is an independent email account, you don't have to do
much more than set up the account in the new Identity.

More, or less along those lines. Experiment. There are other ways that would
work as well.
