Windows version?
IE version?

I will assume IE6.
Please verify that Msimn.exe is not present in C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express.

Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Windows Components | Add/Remove Windows
Components
Scroll down to Outlook Express and check it.
Click Next and follow instructions. You will need your Windows CD.

Is MS Office installed?
