outlook express

Hi all,
I just downloaded MS Office beta 2 , included in it is outlook mail. what is
the difference between express and Outlook ?

I have been using express for years without big problems and have it
configure to reject spam so i would not want to loose this and start to have
problems.
Any experts can tell me what i should do.
