I need help! I get an error message saying cant connect to the server and i
have before and now it stop letting me check for new email. Im on the
internet and everything else like internet explorer works. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
 
Have you tried contacting your Internet Service Provider that provides you
with email??

Its through HotPOP! Ive set up everything write and yes ive wrote to hotPOP
but they never answered

If everything works except the pages for the mail server than either
something is wrong with the configuration for your mail settings or there
is a problem on the other end - at the mail server.

If this is a web based interface for mail (you read and send mail using a
browser window instead of using an email program installed on your
computer), try deleting cookies for the site and clearing temporary
internet files. Then try the site again.

One way to get to the cookies files is to use Internet Options> General>
Temporary Internet Files> Settings> Cookies. Or if you have all of your
user name/passwords on hand for other sites that you visit (so that you can
re-enter them later), use the "Delete Cookies" button in the first
Temporary Internet Files section to remove all cookies.

If the problem is on the other end - not unusual with free email service -
there is nothing to do except wait for them to resolve the situation. You
could contact their technical support to confirm if their server is having
problems and an estimated timeframe for resolution. Doesn't help to get the
problem resolved - you still have to wait - but at least will know that the
problem is not on your end.
