Outlook Express

I can't send/receive emails through Outlook Express. I have cable internet,
Windows ME, and am getting "connection to the server has failed" message with
this error: 0x800CCCOE. Obvously I am connected or you wouldn't be reading
this right now. Any ideas? Thank you.

This isn't helping. I'm so disgusted with WinME. Anyway, is there a way that
I can transfer my emails from Outlook Express to something else where I can
actually READ them? I really really need to get these emails. I have a cable
connection, and I'm am not even close to being an Einstein on this computer,
so I would need pretty simple instructions! Thanks.
 
Oh yeah, I CAN send/receive emails thru my previous email accounts, such as
Netzero. Maybe I have a virus or something. I DID lose my sound a month ago,
and now I lost my "viewer" so I can't see any pics, and NO ONE can figure it
out. Now I don't have Outlook. What's going to go next? LOL
 
WHEW! Problem solved. My incoming & outgoing mail server was incorrect.
