outlook express

outlook express seems to have just stopped working, anything i need it for
such as my MSN email doesnt work without it, i kept looking for help in
microsoft pages but i got one large run around, as in see this, see that, do
to this, i was going nuts, perhaps one of you can tell me if i have to
re-install, and how, or anything that will tell me how to enable it again, ty
(running windows XP)

Most likely you just need to re-create the mail account. Possibly create a
new identity and then the new mail account within that identity. Best
action for now would be posting this question in the Outlook Express
newsgroup. Sorry for the long URL. Be sure to tell them what "just stopped
working" means to you. Example: Does the program start at all? Where does
it fail, taking what actions?
