I'm new at this! In trying to set up Outlook Express I
discovered that an e-mail server and pass word had
already be installed (perhaps by my grandson--a nerd. Now
I can't find a way to remove this and even though I've
tried to change to my server and pass word I can't send a
message. I keep getting a message that tells me my
password is unacceptable. Also on my Outlook Express
page I'm not getting the "Createmail, Send/receive,
etc.' tool bar. How do I delete completely the server and
password that is not mine so I can use Outlook Express as
intended and how do get all the information I need to
send and receive messages?
Thank you.
