outlook express

can not recieve any of my emails and the outlook express will not even open
.....saying missing MSOE.dll.... tried unstalling and reinstalling and still
says the same thing and now half of my other programs wont work.. what would
u do to fix this problem on getting outlook to work properly?

May be caused by corrupt data. See "OLEXP: Error Message If the
Folders.dbx File Is Missing or
Damaged"(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=233264).

If you have a WinXP CD try a Repair Install. Pay close attention to Step
3
