Outlook Express won't release my incoming messages to Outlook 03

I have switched to Outlook 2003 from Outlook Express 6.0 and can send
messages fine. However, I cannot receive messages in 2003...they keep going
to Express. Am I missing something??
 
Remove your mail accounts from OE since it doesn't need them any longer

What you're missing is the notion that if you don't want to get your mail in
Outlook Express, you should not run Outlook Express.
