Outlook Express won't launch

I can launch IE v5 fine. However, when I try to lauch
Outlook express by any route, it will not launch. Iwould
reinstall and upgrade to v6 but don't want to lose any of
my old e-mails. Where can I find them and what are they
called? Sure would appreciate the help....jim
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
