Outlook Express unable to deliver to one address

The only problem after I shifted my email over to Outlook
Express was that one address to my older brother will not
deliver email. Previously no problem. His address ends
with prodigy.net. He is able to send email to my at
Outlook Express. Is there a problem with that address?
Any help is welcome.
