I always used Outlook Express. I installed Outlook to manage a new email account. Setup was too much for me however, so I uninstalled Outlook and added the account to OE.
However, in Internet Options-software-email I have no choices. And if I want to send email from programs e.g. Adobe (which used to bring up a new message box from OE) I now get a dialog box to setup Microsoft Exchange.
I tried System restore but it did not help.
Also, whenever I start OE, it now asks to be set as default handler, which I agree to, but next time it starts, it asks again.
