Outlook Express to Outlook proper

I want to move from OE to Outlook and transfer the
address book and existing email messages from OE to
Outlook 2000.
How do I do that?

In Outlook Express, click File>Export>Address Book and File>Export>Messages.
Was that really so hard to find?
 
Sorry about that! I am neurotic about not losing my
existing stuff when I move across.
