Outlook Express to Outlook 2003

Two questions:
I have an old PC and need to move, convert Outlook
Express (OE) 6.0 to Outlook 2003. I have located the
various files except the address book.
1 - What is the file name of the address book
2 - Once I have the OE files copied to the new PC, how do
I convert them?
