outlook express to Outlook 2000

I am looking to move all my 80 users from outlookexpress
to outlook is there any easy way to do this. We dont run
exchange.

first of all I dont know how to do this for a single user
with the .wab and .dbx in oe and .pst and .pab in outlook
is there a howto to follow

Use Outlook Express to export the messages and address books into
Outlook. That will yield better results than using Outlook to import
the data.
