Hello,

I hope you can advise me on how to remove Outlook Express
and keep Microsoft Outlook. My company who is in Michigan
and I reside in New York via remote administrator changed
me from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. My job told me to set
up the email in Outlook by calling the local cabel
provider. My local Roadrunner told me to put in Outlook
Express (which I formerly had).

The problem is I now have loaded both programs and neither
is working properly. The Outlook Express will not allow
two accounts (I got on Microsoft Help and downloaded and
installed two files to alleviate this but the problem
still exists). Now I cannot use the Microsoft Outlook
either.

I would prefer to use Microsoft Outlook but need help in
setting it up and removing the Express. Can you help? I
can receive Email in the Express if you would be so kind
as to Email me instructions.

THANK YOU!!!!

Don't remove Outlook Express as it is necessary for the sharing of certain
files with Outlook, so does Express work at all send and receive. What
version of Outlook are you using and do you get any errors
