Outlook express tasbar icon

I have just had xp installed, when I was using windows
98, I had a quicklaunch icon for outlook on my taskbar,
but there isn't one now I'm using xp. I would like any
info on how I can obtain it again

Greetings Lee,

You can quickly make one -- just click Start, then Run, and type the following:
%appdata%\microsoft\internet explorer\Quick Launch
then click OK.

In the folder that opens, click the File menu, then New, then Shortcut. For the location,
type in:
"%programfiles%\Outlook Express\msimn.exe"
(be sure to inclue the quotes) and then click Next ->
Type a name for the shortcut (Outlook Express would work), and then click Finish.

After this, you should now have a Outlook Express icon in your Quick Launch once again.
