OutLook Express rules

I would like to delete all my rules and blocked senders list in one go if
possible (and create new ones as necessary..) Is there a method to do this
or do I have to go through them one by one and delete? I have hundreds now
and it's time to tidy up..

You could delete the registry key (you could export it and then delete
it...)
