I had an email from someone who, at the time, was not in my address book. I
clicked 'reply' and wrote my response. As I had clicked reply I didn't have
to type in the email address separately. The person never received my reply
and on investigation I found that the computer had chosen a strange but
similar email address to the correct one. How can this happen when neither
address was known to me prior to this. The person sending the email had only
ever had the one original address that she was still currently using. How can
this happen please?
