I posted these questions in the Outlook newsgroup and got
no response. Can anyone help me?

My PC crashed and I am having a problem getting my
settings back in Outlook Express 6 mail the way they
were. When I create a new message, the window is small
and I have to increase the size. How can I set it so I
don't have to do this each time?

I re-created my stationary but now I have to apply it
each time. How can I set it so I don't have to APPLY
with each new message? Thanks!

Create a New Message. Drag the size to what you want it to be. Hold down
the CTRL button, and in that window, choose File>Close.

Next time you Create New Message, it will be that size.

Move the cursor to the corner of the window and holding down the left button of the mouse drag the edge of the window to the required position. Repeat for each corner. When completed click on X in top right corner to close window and the window sizing should be remembered.

I can't answer your stationery question. There are specialist Outlook Express newsgroups including one for stationery.

Add MS News Server to your OE with news://msnews.microsoft.com/

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpresss.stationery

Double click on the links above to open an account and add this newsgroup to the account. Right click on the newsgroup name in the folder list and select subscribe. If you place the cursor on msnews.microsoft.com in the folder list and select Tools, Newsgroups this gives you access to the newsgroup list from which you may select and subscribe further Microsoft newsgroups.
