Outlook Express tends to collapse while I am cmposing e-mail or right after
sending the message without finisning since I have down loaded McAfee last
weekend.
I have removed old unti virus programs, and loaded McAfee, & unloaded &
loaded so many times.
It has not solved my problem. McAfee told me that this is a Microsoft problem.

Please help!

Of course they told you it was a MS problem--people with crappy programs
always say that. The fact remains that you never had a problem until you
downloaded their program and if that is the **only** change, it ought to be
clear that their program is at fault. You might want to check to see if you
have a restore point that predates the onset of the problem and if so, do a
restore and see if that helps. If it does, try AVG or Avast AV
programs--both are free and can be found using google.com. If you need info
about doing a restore, try the Help file on the Start Menu: system restore

Thank you very much.
I will try that, but What should I type in the Restore point Description?
Would it be McAfee?
