Outlook Express Problem

I can receive emails. I can send emails to addresses that have the same domain as my ISP (adelphia broadband), but cannot send emails to anybody else. The error message states: "recipient rejected by the server"--"Server error 550"-- "error number: )0x800CCC79." I am on a home network and the problem is only on this computer. I have tried disabling virus protection, firewall, etc. to no avail. Any suggestions? Major frustration!
 
Perhaps it would be best to post this in the Outlook EXPRESS newsgroup? They
might be able to help you there!

i am having the same problem but using jsut outlook not express and i am
using adelphia HSI
