I realize that this is a outlook newsgroup but I have ben unable to find a outlook express news group so I am Posting the Message here. I have outlook express 98. I have set up another user only to find that each time I open outlook I have to put in a password for the new user (Barb) even though I do not want to access that account. I have typed in regedit in the run command and went down to protected storage system provider. There are 3 directories available at this point: default, local machine and jim. Jim is the user that was originally set-up. I have three users id's set-up in outlook express: jim, work and barb. Barb is the one that is giving me the problem. According to a knowledge base article, after I get into the protected storage system provider subfolder, it says right click the user subkey and than click delete. Which one of the three are they talking about
