Outlook Express problem.

Recently, my Outlook Express program will not download my messages from the
server. I get an error message, as follows: "An unknown error has occurred.
Account: 'pop.windstream.net', Server: 'pop.windstream.net', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133." Please let me know
how to correct this problem. I have visited the Windstream site and deleted
all e-mails. I can't believe all files I receive would be damaged.
 
This newsgroup (microsoft.public.dotnet.general) has nothing to do with
Outlook Express. Why would you have thought otherwise?
