Outlook Express Plugin?

I know I'm asking for much but here goes.

I'm tired of hearing "you have new mail". The problem is that 98% is spam
and it goes into the deleted folder(spampal), but I would like to hear the
"alert" only when a specific folder has new email.

Any suggestions appreciated,

If you used K9 you could set the option on OE to NOT GIVE you an audio alert
and K9 to GIVE you an audio alert for only good mail in the Inbox.

Best way is to scan and view it at the sever end with the last freeware
version of Mailwasher

This way you can delete emails as required before downloading to OE

In OE, you can create filter(s) that delete mail from the server so in
another words, if you sucessful create filter(s) capable to delete all
the spam from the mail server than whatsover thing that reach to OE will
be valid mail.

You can use third parties software such as Mailwasher to remove spam
from the mail server before using OE to collect all the valid mails.

i think his problem is to not waste time ... mailwasher is good ... but you
have to monitor it ...
