outlook express password. .

My incredimail program will not allow me to receive mail but will send mail.
.. when i go into "tools, accounts,poperties, servers.". . the password does
not appear. . i insert it and close out the window. . but it will not stay.
.. when i reopen the window, the password is gone. . hope i'm in the correct
area. . .thanks
