Outlook Express / Outlook Auto complete

Hi
I am trying to move my email client from outlook express
to Outlook 2000. OExp has a feature where the email
address auto completes (much like IE) Outlook 2000 does
not seem to have this. Any ideas? Sorry its such a basic
question but it could save me hours of frustration!
