Outlook Express Out of Office Message

How do I put up an "Out Of Office Message" up for outlook
express. I tried using the "message rules" for it, but it
sent the message to every downloaded message in the inbox,
whereas I only want it to send an email to every NEW email
that comes into the inbox. How can I do this in Outlook
Express?

You can't. OE doesn't have this function.Your ISP might have an option in
Webmail to do this though...
