Outlook Express - Opening E-mails in full screen format

whenever I open an e-mail they are never in full screen format. I always have to click on the full screen icon. How do I set Outlook so that each time I open and E-mail it will always open in full screen format ? Thanks
 
try Outlook Express newsgroup - this is just for Outlook
