Outlook Express not responding

Also computer says that "Norton Antivirus unable to scan" as wellas the
browser arrow will not move most of the time and it separates from the hour
glass. I'm a novice and don't understand all the computer lingo. Gloria W
 
You appear to have a lot of issues and unfortunately, you don't have enough
experience to give us enough information to work with. It might be better
if you took your system to a shop and had them check it out. Even a friend
who might have reasonable competence in this area because at least they
would be able to see your system and see precisely what is going on,
something we aren't able to do and are unable to determine from the
information you've given us.
