I am not receive messages from my outlook express that I know have been sent.
I feel Internet explorer may be bouncing them out. How can I fix this? meme

I don't think your request is related to Outlook Express,I mean the problem
is not in it,however you can post your question to the specific Outlook
Express general newsgroup.
