Outlook Express mail..

Hi, can anyone please tell me which folder XP stores your emails in. In
WIN98se it was in the Outlook Express folder of Identities. When I look in
the identities folder in XP its just blank. Many thanks for any help
offered.....

First you need to go to folder options and in view settings choose to show
hidden files and folders. You will find the folder in Documents and Settings
under your profile directory here:

Local Settings/Application Data/Identities/{this folder will have a random
name}/Microsoft/Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click on Tools, Options
3. Click on Maintenance tab
4. Click on Store Folder
5. The directory where you mail is stored is shown
6. Click Cancel
