Brand new computer running XP Pro...four log-on users...two can open Outlook Express instantly, two have to wait forever for it to open. Dell has given me several tips, all failed. In fact, the problem is getting worse (yesterday, one account was a problem, today it's two, and what's weird is that one of the ones that wasn't working now is and two that were working now aren't! Any ideas?

Open Outlook Express and from its Toolbar select:
Tools > Options. Under the "General tab", uncheck
"Automatically logon on to Windows Messenger",
then click on "Apply".

Thanks for the tip...I'll try it when I get home from work...should I do this for each of the four accounts or just on the two where I'm having trouble?
