Outlook Express is not able to set as defailt mail handler

Dear Friends,

I am using Windows Xp professional With Service pack 2 as a Operating System
.. From last 3 Days i am not able to attach files by clicking file send to
option in Ms Office Programms and any programms . its Shows Exchange logon
failure messege ! I dont know what was the cause .I cant Set Outlook express
as a deafult mail client . Its Not accepting the setting !!

Pls reply me , what i need to do

Make sure you have a zero byte program in SendTo named

Mail Recipient.MAPIMail
