Outlook Express - Ican receive but not Send e-mail

I can receive but not send e-mail getting this error message

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject
'Read: Cricklewood Weather', Account: 'pop3.farmside.co.nz', Server:
'smtp.farmside.co.nz', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying
blocked, read new mail, add 118.82.187.115 to forwarding or enable smtp
authentication in ', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79

OK, but asking in this .NET programming group is unlikely to generate much
interest.
You need to find an OE group to post in. Here's how.

As you appear to be using a web interface:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
find the Outlook Express category . Open it and find a group for your
question.
