how do you move a block of emails into a folder rather
than one at a time?
Highlight the folder that has the emails you want to move.
Select the emails that you want to move:
Contiguous emails: Click first email. Press and hold shift on the keyboard,
click last email in block.
Email that is not contiguous: Press Ctrl and click each mail that you want
to move. If moving most of the mail, use Select All and then use Ctrl+click
to de-select mail that will *not* be moved.
You can use combinations of Shift+click and Ctrl+click. Once everything is
selected, carefully click and hold once anywhere in the colored highlight.
(If you accidentally click twice, the selection is lost and has to be done
again.) While still holding the mouse button down, drag the entire block to
the folder that you want to move the emails to. Release the mouse button to
drop them in.
