Outlook Express Folder opens when launching

Would rather open my Hotmail folder. It used to work that way, now something
has changed and I must click "Inbox" in order to see my email. How can I do
that?

Can you suggest one?

Okay - I give up !
I tried the links you gave me. Tried them as is; with www; with http://;
etc. Can't get anywhere. What's my problem!
