Outlook Express - Excell

I am using Microsoft Windows ME and Microsoft Office 2000.
I have received a Excel Spreadsheet e-mail listing and
would like to convert it into my Microsoft Outlook Express
Adress Book. Can it be done, and if yes, how?

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
