Outlook Express error.....

I was wondering if anyone might have an idea what might be causing an error
I am getting when I right-click
on a file and then select "Send To" then "Mail recipient":

"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open
the Outlook Express message store.
Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft
support for further assistance. (0x8007000E,5)"

I get this error if I have Outlook up and running or not.

I have 480MBMB free memory, 5GB free disk space on C:, 60GB on D:, so that
isn't the problem.....

I can't find anything that matches this message that applies to what I am
doing.

I believe it may have something to do with McAfee, but I'm not sure because
I don't know if this was happening
before I loaded Mcafee.

I've checked the McAfee settings that I thought might be the issue, but
nothing so far........
