Outlook Express error

"There was an error opening this message."

An error has occurred.

This is what shows up when I can open Outlook
Express.
Also I get "Outlook Express could not load because
MSOE.DLL could not be loaded".
I am using Windows 2000
Outlook Express 5.01

Doing a repair (or reinstall) of IE should fix the .dll problem. Or you
could download IE 6 and upgrade, which should also fix the problem and
will not be as vulnerable to all of the security problems with 5.
