Outlook express email account

No computer genius here so please ABC info for me!! Set up email address OK
but when it comes to ask for POP3, SMTP and such I have no clue what to put
in the boxes. All I want to do is send pictures to my family. Was with aol
but moved to a place with no aol dial up. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
 
Its not something anyone here can help you with.
You need to ask your ISP, or view their help pages
