If you OE to be your default email program, go to IE > Tools > Internet
Options > Programs.

To set up mail accounts in OE, consult its help files for instructions

Please respond in the same thread on this newsgroup. Make sure you
include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.

In either Outlook or Outlook Express, you use Internet
Explorer to set the default program for each function.
Open IE, Tools menu, Internet Options / programs tab and
select the default programs for each service.

In Outlook or Outlook Express, again Tools/ Options/
Accounts to create or modify each email account.

Try this:
Open Outlook Express.
Click "Tools" and "Accounts"
Click "Add new" up on the right and the "E-mail"
Write your name, click "Next"
Write your new adress, click "Next"
Then you add inncoming and outgoing e-mailserver name, and
click "Next"
Example: mail.online.no You should have received these
from your mail-server. Very often incoming and outgoing
are the like.
Then you add your username and password (Also received for
your server) and "Next" and then "Complete" and you should
be "online" again.
Otherwise mail me and I'll instruct you further.
