Outlook Express DBX Maintenance

I use outlook 2003 and receive a lot of messages every day, my incoming box is always full of messages, and a week ago my outlook started to hang. I´d like to know if Micrososoft provides a tool to restore/recover the dbx files when they are corrupted.

I think you are well and truly confused. Outlook 2003 does NOT use dbx
files. Outlook EXPRESS is NOT called "2003" - the latest version is 6.
What have you REALLY got?
